Gerasim Valeriev Zakov ( Bulgarian Герасим Валериев Заков ; English transcription: Gerasim Valeriev Zakov ; born September 7, 1984 in Kljuch , Blagoevgrad Oblast ) is a Bulgarian football player .

Career

society

Sakov began playing club football in the youth of the traditional Bulgarian club CSKA Sofia . In 2002 he was included in the squad of the professional team and played for this club until the summer of 2005. In 2003 he spent a six-month loan period from Widima-Rakowski Sevlievo .

After leaving CSKA Sofia in the summer of 2005, Sakov played for a number of Bulgarian clubs. After a brief stint in the Chinese league at Chengdu Blades , Sakow moved back to Bulgaria in October 2013. At FK Neftochimik , however, he was only used once in the 2013/14 season . At the beginning of 2014 he moved to FC Bansko in the B Grupa . In the summer of 2014, he went to PAO Varda in Greece, before the Thai first division club Sisaket FC signed him in early 2015 . There he was mostly on the bench and had five short appearances. He has been without a club since the beginning of 2016.

National team

Sakow played a total of five times for the Bulgarian U-21 national team between 2003 and 2005 and scored two goals.
