Gerhard Kukofka

Gerhard Kukofka (Kuckoff, pseudonym: Brother Hilarius) (born December 16, 1917 in Beuthen , Upper Silesia , † November 5, 1970 in Gießen ) was an Upper Silesian writer, local poet and editor .

biography

Gerhard Kukofka had to leave his homeland as a result of the expulsion of the Germans from Silesia in 1945 and lived in Regensburg until his death , where he worked as a freelance journalist, writer and editor.
