Gerhardtsfurth is a residential area in the Wuppertal district of Vohwinkel , residential area Schöller-Dornap . Today the place is on the edge of the premises of the H. Oetelshofen lime works .

Gerhardtsfurth is in the north of Vohwinkel. Neighboring places are the lost places Schmalefeld , (Alt) Dornap and Buschkothen , as well as the localities Hahnenfurth , Am Höfchen and Niederfurth .

history

In the 19th century as a dwelling place in the rural community was most Höfchen Scholler the mayoralty Haan (1894 mayoralty Gruiten ) from the Berg rule Schoeller emerged. On the Prussian first recording from 1843, the location is shown without a label. In 1888, according to the municipality lexicon for the Rhineland province , the place had a house with 21 residents.

With the regional reform of 1975, the community of Schöller was split off from the Gruiten office in the Düsseldorf-Mettmann district and incorporated into Wuppertal as the Schöller-Dornap residential area.
