The judicial district of Dornbirn is the local area of jurisdiction of the District Court of Dornbirn in the Austrian state of Vorarlberg .
The seat of the district court is in the district capital Dornbirn . Thus the judicial district of Dornbirn is congruent with the political district of Dornbirn and one of five judicial districts in the state of Vorarlberg. The Feldkirch Regional Court acts as the higher-level court .
The court districts in Vorarlberg were allocated with the ordinance of the federal government of January 19, 1971 on the districts of the district courts located in Vorarlberg in Federal Law Gazette No. 33/1971. The judicial district of Dornbirn was specified in Section 4.
