(or as subsp. Nemorosus (DC.) G.López to Ranunculus serpens cupboard ).
description
The perennial, herbaceous plant reaches heights of 10 to 80 centimeters. The basal leaves are three-columned; the stem leaves split into narrow lanceolate sections. The yellow, radially symmetrical , hermaphrodite flowers appear from May to July.
The species is diploid, the number of chromosomes is 2n = 16.
Occurrence
Deciduous forests, especially spruce-fir-beech forests, and poor meadows from the montane to subalpine altitude are preferred as locations. It occurs in Central Europe in societies of the Carpinion, Cephalanthero-Fagion, Alno-Ulmion or the Galio-Abietenion, but also in grasslands of the Mesobromion, Molinion, Violion or in mountain meadows or pastures (Cynosurion, Polygono-Trisetion). In the Allgäu Alps, it rises on Koblat near Nebelhorn in Bavaria up to 2030 m above sea level.
The clan is widespread in Central Europe and Northern Southern Europe.
