Giannis Gianniotas [ ˈjannis jannˈjɔtas ] ( Greek Γιάννης Γιαννιώτας ; born April 29, 1993 in Chalkidiki ) is a Greek football player .

Career

From 2011 to 2013 Gianniotas played with Aris Saloniki and recommended himself with good performances for foreign clubs. In July 2013 he moved to Fortuna Düsseldorf in Germany . He made his first game for Fortuna on July 22, 2013 (1st matchday of the 2013/14 season ) in the home game against Energie Cottbus as a substitute in the 66th minute for Mathis Bolly .

After Gianniotas was loaned to Asteras Tripoli in the 2014/15 season , he moved to Olympiacos for the 2015/16 season . There, too, he was awarded for one year each to APOEL Nicosia and Real Valladolid and moved permanently to AEK Athens in summer 2018 . He has been under contract with Apollon Limassol in Cyprus since July 1, 2019 .
