The Gillick Rock is an isolated nunatak in Marie Byrd Land, West Antarctica . It rises eight miles northeast of Mount Flint at the northwest end of the McCuddin Mountains .

The United States Geological Survey mapped it based on its own measurements and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1959 to 1965. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named the Nunatak in 1975 after Lieutenant Thomas Lee Gillick of the US Navy Reserve Forces, helicopter pilot in support of United States Antarctic Program scientists during Operation Deep Freeze in 1970 and 1971.
