Gion-Reto Killias (* 1970 in Zurich ) is a Swiss film editor .
Life
Gion-Reto Killias completed his film / video studies at the University of Art and Design in Zurich. From this time on he worked as a freelance film editor.
In 2012 he was honored with the special award of the Academy of the Swiss Film Prize. For the documentary Almost There he was awarded the film prize for Best Montage in 2018 and was nominated again in 2020 for Where We Belong .
Gion-Reto Killias is a member of the Swiss Film Academy .
