Giorgio Gregorini

Giorgio Gregorini (* 20th century ) is an Italian make-up artist and hairstylist who was awarded an Oscar .

Career

Gregorini's film career began in 1983 when he first worked as a hairstylist for the Italian film Vacanze di Natale . Further employment in Italian productions followed until he worked for an international co-production for the first time in 1995 in the film Die Piratenbraut . In the following years, films such as The Talented Mr. Ripley , Moulin Rouge , Gangs of New York , Apocalypto , Illuminati , The Tourist , The Rum Diary and Avengers: Age of Ultron followed .

Gregorini and his colleagues Alessandro Bertolazzi and Christopher Nelson received the award at the 2017 Academy Awards in the category of best make-up and best hairstyles for their artistic achievement in the film Suicide Squad .

Gregorini has been married since 1993 and has three children.
