Gisa Buehrer-Lucke

Gisa Bührer-Lucke (* 1953 ) is a German journalist and book author.

Life

Her journalistic career began with a two-year traineeship at the Rhein-Neckar-Zeitung in Heidelberg and Mannheim . This was followed by positions at Südkurier in Konstanz and at Bauer Verlag in Hamburg . There she was responsible for medicine as head of department for many years .

In 1997 she set up her own press office. Her main focus is still medicine, health and fitness topics and nutrition .

She later expanded her spectrum to include horses. The central concern of her work is the understanding of horses and how to deal with them. Her publications also focus on health and nutrition, species-appropriate husbandry and rearing, as well as gentle training of horses.

She is the author of articles in specialist and popular magazines, as well as the author of non-fiction books and guides.

Gisa Bührer-Lucke is married and lives with her husband near Bremen .
