Gottfried Milde junior

Gottfried Milde (born April 11, 1963 in Darmstadt ) is a Hessian politician ( CDU ) and former member of the Hessian state parliament .

Life

After graduating from Justus-Liebig-Gymnasium in Darmstadt in 1983, Milde studied Protestant theology in Mainz from 1983 to 1984 and trained as a banker from 1984 to 1986 . Between 1986 and 1987 he worked as a bank clerk at Volksbank in Griesheim and from 1987 to 1988 completed a specialist training course in foreign business at DG Bank (Deutsche Genossenschaftsbank), Frankfurt am Mainon. There he worked as a foreign customer advisor and advisor on fundamental securities issues until he moved to DG CAPITAL Management GmbH, Frankfurt, as a department director from 1996 to 2004. From 2005 to 2012 Milde was initially a senior consultant and from 2008 a senior manager at ICAP Germany. Since 2013, Gottfried Milde has been the spokesman for the management of WIBank , Wirtschafts- und Infrastrukturbank Hessen, the development bank of the State of Hesse.

Gottfried Milde is married, the father of four children and the grandfather of two grandchildren. He is the son of long-time MP and Hessian Interior Minister Gottfried Milde senior .

Gottfried Milde is a member of the CDU and is active there in many board positions. From 1983 to 1993 he was chairman of the Junge Union Griesheim , from 1993 to 1995 deputy chairman of the CDU Griesheim, from 1999 to 2003 chairman of the CDU Griesheim and from 2001 to 2005 state treasurer of the CDU Mittelstandsvereinigung. From 2008 to 2013, Gottfried Milde was deputy district chairman of the CDU district association Darmstadt-Dieburg. In 2014 Milde became district chairman of the CDU Darmstadt-Dieburg.

Milde was active in local politics from 1991 to 1993 and from 2001 to 2017 city councilor in Griesheim and from 1993 to 1997 as a member of the district council of the Darmstadt-Dieburg district . From 2001 to 2007 he was chairman of the CDU parliamentary group in Griesheim. Gottfried Milde was a member of the Hessian state parliament from November 4, 1997 to December 31, 2012. In 2003 and 2009 he was elected to the state parliament as directly elected member of the constituency: 51 - Darmstadt-Dieburg I , in the other elections via the Country list. From February 1st, 2004 to December 31st, 2012 he was deputy chairman of the CDU parliamentary group. He was also the financial policy spokesman for the CDU parliamentary group from 2003 to 2012.

His successor in the Hessian state parliament was Karin Neipp .

Gottfried Milde is on the advisory board of Nassauische Heimstätte , Frankfurt and CFO of the Urban Future Forum eV foundation , Frankfurt.
