The building registered as a residential building in the Quedlinburg monument register is located north of the old town of Quedlinburg on the east side of the street Gröpern . It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site . To the north is the also listed building Gröpern 29 .
Architecture and history
The half-timbered house was built around 1680. A mezzanine floor has been added on the lower floor . The rich design of the half-timbered facade is covered by plastering. Pyramid beam heads can be found on the threshold . In addition, there is a cornice and filler wood with a rarely used leaf frieze .
