Architecture and history

The half-timbered house was built around 1680. The facade shows the decorations typical of the construction period. The house is covered by a mansard roof . The house was structurally changed in the 19th century. On the courtyard side there is a north wing, which was built around 1800 and was used for residential purposes. The original commercial buildings facing the Donndorfstrasse running south showed the decorative forms of the residential building.

The building was in urgent need of renovation at the beginning of the 21st century. In December 2012 the house was largely demolished. Only parts of the ground floor remained.
