The building registered as a residential building in the Quedlinburg monument register is located north of the old town of Quedlinburg on the east side of the street Gröpern . To the north is the also listed building Gröpern 25 .
Architecture and history
The massive two-storey building goes back to an old, massive house made of rubble and sandstone blocks , the remains of which can still be seen, especially on the courtyard side. This previous building may have had a half-timbered attachment. The current facade dates from around 1860 and is designed in the classicism style.
