The building, which is registered in the Quedlinburg monument register as an arable citizen's house, is located north of the Quedlinburg old town on the east side of the street Gröpern . It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site . The house Gröpern 24 , which is also listed, borders to the north and the house Gröpern 26 to the south .
Architecture and history
The two-storey baroque half-timbered house was built around 1800. In the south half of the wide house there is a house passage. On the north side of the courtyard there is also a half-timbered building wing for residential purposes, which is covered with a mansard roof.
