Green project
In Baden-Württemberg, a green project has been understood to mean smaller garden shows since 2001 , which alternate with the state garden shows every year .
In 1996, the state government in Baden-Württemberg decided on the state program Nature in Town and Country , which should enable small towns and communities to carry out green projects without having to shoulder the organizational and financial expense of a state horticultural show. The goals and content are based on the state garden shows, but the green projects may be shaped according to the respective image of the city or municipality and adapted to the concepts of city marketing.
