Grüsselbach is a district of the community of Rasdorf in the Fulda district in Hesse .
The place is in the Rhön biosphere reserve northeast of Rasdorf on the border with Thuringia . The place was first mentioned in a document in 816.
On April 1, 1972, the previously independent place was incorporated into the community of Rasdorf.
The federal highway 84 runs in the south .
Gregor Richter (1874–1945) was born in Grüsselbach.
