Grassau is a district of the town of Schönewalde in the Elbe-Elster district in Brandenburg .

The place is located southwest of the core town Schönewalde at the confluence of the K 6250 into the K 6249. Not far to the west runs the B 101 , into which the B 187 joins to the north and the B 87 to the south .
