The Green Mesa is a 1.6 km long table mountain in East Antarctica Victoria Land . It rises 1.5 km west-southwest of Canfield Mesa in the western part of the Island Range .

The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1997 after the US geoscientist William J. Green, who carried out geochemical analyzes of the Onyx River and Lake Vanda in three campaigns between 1980 and 1988 together with Donald Canfield .
