Green seasoning

Green Seasoning is a seasoning sauce used in Trinidadian cuisine and a central component of the Bake and Shark snack .

description

The ingredient of green seasoning that stands out in terms of taste is long coriander . The other herbs used are chives , thyme , oregano , parsley and garlic . In Paramin , the center of spice production in Trinidad in the Northern Range , a variant has established itself in which shallots , onions , vinegar , table salt and pepper are also added.

preparation

The fresh herbs are ground into a paste in a blender .
