Winner Motor Buggy Company was an American manufacturer of automobiles . In an advertisement, Winner Motor-Buggy Co.

Company history

The company was based in St. Louis , Missouri . It made carriages . In 1907 the production of automobiles began . The brand name was Winner . In 1909 the production of motor vehicles ended . Then the track of the company is lost.

There was no connection to the Elgin Automobile Company , which a few years earlier also marketed passenger cars as winners.

Motor vehicles

The only model was a high wheeler . With the big wheels it was well suited for the bad roads of the time. The vehicles were powered by a gasoline engine . An illustration shows a steering lever for steering. The original price was 300 US dollars . One vehicle still exists. It has a steering wheel .

There is evidence that the surviving vehicle was exhibited in 2014 at the Motor Museum Málaga in Málaga , Spain.
