Lescina Automobile Company was an American manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

The company manufactured several vehicles at a Chicago plant in early 1916 . They were presented at the New York Automobile Show that same month . Series production then began in Newark , New Jersey . The brand name was Lescina . Production came to a standstill at the end of 1916. In January 1917 the company was dissolved. In total, only a few vehicles were built.

The Model G series consisted of an Express Car , Model H as a luxury delivery van and Model J as a Cloverleaf Roadster . Data are not known.

The Model V series had a six-cylinder engine . The chassis had a 318 cm wheelbase . Model E and Model I were each touring car with seven seats. One source suggests that apart from an exhibit, no production vehicle may have been made.

The Model W series had a four-cylinder engine with 30 hp . The wheelbase was 284 cm. Are known Model C as Cabriolet , Model D as touring cars with five seats and Model F as Roadster in luxury version.

The Model X series had a weaker four-cylinder engine with 25 hp. The wheelbase measured 269 cm. Narrated are Model A as a utility Roadster and Model B as a touring car with five seats.
