Byrider Electric Automobile Company was an American manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

The brothers John and William A. Byrider founded the company in Cleveland , Ohio . To do this, they bought the Williams Motor Carriage Company in May 1907 . They started with the production of automobiles. The brand name was Byrider Electric . Production ended in 1910.

Electric cars were on offer . They hardly differed from the Williams models. The chassis had either a 180 or 183 cm wheelbase . The only superstructure was an open two-seater called the Victoria .
