Company history

The company was founded in New York City in 1906 . One source names PA Proal and EM Dalley as owners, another one names PA Prool, EM Dalley and LC Dalley. Mainly it was an auto repair shop . A number of automobiles were made between 1909 and 1911. The brand name was Prodal , composed of parts of the names of the owners. The New York Times reported on it on July 18, 1909.

After giving up its own vehicle production, the company existed for a few years.

vehicles

The vehicles were created according to customer orders. The vehicles were powered by a four-cylinder engine with 28 hp . The basis was a self-developed chassis . Open and closed bodies were mounted on it. The front of the vehicle was similar to the Renault vehicles , which at that time had the water cooler behind the engine and therefore no front grille . On the running board of the driver's side was a spare tire mounted. There was some tool inside .

One buyer was Lyman Rhodes, vice president of Chase National Bank . According to registration statistics, at least five other vehicles were built. Another source states that ten vehicles could have been made.
