Courier Motor Company was an American manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

Elliott C. Lee was President of the American Automobile Association . He founded the company in 1905 and took over the Phelps Motor Vehicle Company . The seat was in Stoneham , Massachusetts . He continued the production of automobiles that were marketed as Courier . Production ended in December 1905.

The Shawmut Motor Company took over the plant.
