Harper Buggy Company was an American manufacturer of vehicles .

Company history

The company was founded in Columbia City , Indiana in 1881 . Val Brown was President, DB Clugston Senior Vice President, SP Kaler Secretary and Superintendent, and WF McNagny Treasurer. At first they made carriages . In 1907 the production of automobiles began. The brand name was Harper . Their production ended in 1908. Carriages continued to be made. Followers were added in 1916 . Then the track of the company is lost.

Motor vehicles

Initially, two models were announced. One should be a car buggy with a 4 hp engine.
