Feeny Manufacturing Company was an American company in the mechanical engineering .

Company history

Edmund J. Feeny designed a new type of vacuum cleaner in 1910 . He then founded the company in Muncie , Indiana . He received a patent on June 29, 1922 . Business was good. The company also acted as a supplier to the automotive industry. A few automobiles were built in 1914. The brand name was Feeny .

After Feeny's death on April 4, 1922, his nephew Emmet J. Feeny Jr. ran the company.

It is not known when the company was dissolved.
