Company history

The company was based in Rockdale , Illinois . In 1907 the production of automobiles was announced. Four vehicles per day were planned. The Horseless Age reported about it on June 26, 1907. The production was also carried out according to a source. The brand name was Utilis . Production ended in the same year.
