AC Banker Company was an American manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

AC Banker founded the company in Chicago , Illinois in 1905 . He started with the production of automobiles. The brand name was Banker . The plans amounted to 100 vehicles annually. Production ended in the same year.

Only one model was on offer, but with different bodies. A four-cylinder engine with a L-head and 4600 cc displacement driving a propeller shaft to the rear axle. The chassis had a wheelbase of 254 cm . A tonneau with side entry offered space for four or five people, depending on the source. There was also a limousine . The bodies consisted of either wood or aluminum .
