Angus Automobile Company was an American manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

The brothers CE, Charles Marion and LE Fuller had been making carriages since around 1900 . In 1908, they started a new automobile manufacturing company in Angus , Nebraska . The brand name was Fuller . Production ended in 1911.

There was no connection to the Fuller Buggy Company of Michigan , which used at the same time the same brand name.

While the carriage was still in operation, the brothers bought a single-cylinder engine and installed it in one of their carriages. The buyer was a doctor from Angus. The year is not recorded.

In 1908 there were three models to choose from. The Four-30 had a four-cylinder engine that was specified with 22/26 hp . The chassis had a wheelbase of 244 cm . Superstructures were runabouts and touring cars . The Four-40 had a four-cylinder engine with 35/40 hp, a wheelbase of 269 cm and was only available as a touring car. The top model was the Six-60 . It had a six-cylinder engine with 60 hp. The wheelbase was 300 cm. Touring cars and a roadster called a gentleman's roadster were mounted on it.

In 1909 the range was limited to the Four . It had the larger of the two previous four-cylinder engines and also kept its wheelbase of 269 cm. Touring cars and roadsters are named as bodies.

In 1910 this vehicle was offered as Model A. The engine remained unchanged. The wheelbase has been extended to 292 cm. Runabouts and touring cars were the superstructures. There was also a smaller and weaker model, the A-2 . The four-cylinder engine was specified with 25/30 hp. The wheelbase measured 279 cm. The vehicles were available as roadsters and touring cars.
