Detroit Motor Chassis Company was an American manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

The company was founded in Detroit , Michigan in 1912 . Involved were William P. Culver, MD Dewitt, AJ Kinncan and LJ Stringer. They made chassis that were body built by external body manufacturers. The brand name was Detroit . Production ended in 1912.

It is conceivable that the Detroit Chassis Company developed from this in 1915 .
