Tri-Car Company of America was an American manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

The Denver , Colorado company manufactured several automobiles in 1912. The brand name was American Tri-Car .

vehicles

Only Model A was on offer . It was a tricycle with a rear single wheel. An air-cooled two-cylinder engine with an output of 10 to 12  hp was installed in the front of the vehicle and powered the rear wheel via a planetary gear. The brake also worked on the rear wheel. The bonnet was similar to the Renault models . The open runabout offered space for two people next to each other.
