The first model was created at the Massnick-Phipps Manufacturing Company . Although it was called a cycle car, it did not meet the criteria. The air-cooled two-cylinder engine had 88.9 mm bore , 103.98252 mm stroke and 1291 cm³ displacement . The capacity limit for cycle cars was 1100 cm³. The engine was specified with 12/15 hp and made 12 hp . The chassis had a wheelbase of 274 cm and a track width of 91 cm . The open structure of the roadster offered space for two people in a row. The curb weight was about 245 kg. The original price was 450 US dollars .

A new model was planned for the summer of 1914. The Pullman Motor Car Company was supposed to make the vehicles. As far as is known, the plans failed. This car had a four-cylinder engine with water cooling . A bore of 69.85 mm and a stroke of 101.6 mm resulted in a displacement of 1557 cm³ and an output of 12 hp. The wheelbase had been shortened to 259 cm, but the track width was widened to 112 cm. The two seats of the roadster were now slightly offset next to each other. The curb weight was given as around 500 kg.
