Company history

Alvaro S. Krotz had already gained experience in automobile construction with the Krotz Manufacturing Company . In February 1908 he founded the company together with JA Deindoerfer, John Diehl, CP Harley, DF Krotz, WG Lehman and August Martin. The seat was in Defiance , Ohio . The production of automobiles ran until 1911. They were marketed as Krotz .
