Steely Auto Engine Company was an American manufacturer of automobiles and engines .

Company history

MG Delaney, JJ Marks, WJ McWain and ED Snowden founded the company in the summer of 1910. The company was based in Detroit , Michigan . They made two-stroke engines , steering columns, tires, and automobiles. The brand name was Steely . Production ended in the same year.

As far as is known, there was only one model in the range. It had a four-cylinder engine with 35 hp . The body was a tourabout with space for four people. The rear part of the superstructure could easily be changed into a delivery van .
