United States Carriage Company was an American manufacturer of vehicles .
Company history
The German descent Charles Frederick Myers founded the company in the 1870s. The seat was in Columbus , Ohio . At first he made carriages . In 1910 the production of automobiles began. The brand name was Great Eagle . The bankruptcy began in 1915 . Production ended at the same time.
Plans for a new beginning in 1918 could not be implemented.

From 1910 to 1911 there was the 40 HP . It had a four-cylinder engine with 40 hp . The chassis had a wheelbase of 320 cm . Model 1215 was a sedan and Model 1217 was a landaulet , both with seven seats.
In 1912 the range consisted of two models. The Model 4-50 had a four-cylinder engine with 36 hp and a 343 cm wheelbase. The Model 6-60 , on the other hand, had a six-cylinder engine with 60 hp and a longer wheelbase of 351 cm. The superstructures corresponded to the previous year's model.
In 1913 the Model B replaced the previous four-cylinder model. The engine now developed 50 hp. The wheelbase remained unchanged. A seven-seater touring car supplemented the available bodies. There was also a ten-seat sedan with a 361 cm wheelbase. The Model C was the six-cylinder model. The engine developed 60 hp. The wheelbase was usually 361 cm, with the long sedan 373 cm. The body designs corresponded to the smaller model.
The Model 4-50 was in the range from 1914 to 1915 . The engine output was specified with 50 hp. The wheelbase measured 351 cm. Model A was a two-seat roadster and Model B was a seven-seat touring car. The previous six-cylinder model was now called Model 6-60 Model C and was only available as a seven-seater touring car. The data corresponded to the previous year's model.
