Crescent Motor Car Company was an American manufacturer of automobiles from Michigan .

Company history

The company was founded in Detroit in May 1907 . In the same year the production of automobiles began. The brand name was Crescent . Production ended in 1908.

In September 1908 the Constantine Motor Car Company took over the company.

There were no ties with the other manufacturers of Crescent brand vehicles: Crescent Automobile & Supply Company and Crescent Motor Company . A few years later there was a Crescent Motor Car Company of the same name in Missouri .

The vehicles were the successors of two other brands. The touring car was previously manufactured by the Reliance Motor Truck Company . The roadster was a Marvel Motor Car Company car .
