Memphis Motor Carriage Company was an American manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

The company was founded in Memphis , Tennessee in 1904 . WT Watson was the president and Herbert H. Pilcher was the general manager and designer. They started producing passenger cars in the same year . The brand name was Memphis . Production ended in 1905. In total, only a few vehicles were built. In addition to cars, commercial vehicles were also planned. It is unclear whether this happened.
