Osen & Hunt was a US company in the automotive industry.

Company history

George H. Osen and WF Hunt were partners. They sold bicycles in San Jose , California . Between 1900 and 1901 they made a few automobiles. The brand name was Hunt & Osen . The designer was Hunt, who previously lived in France for a few years. After giving up their own production, automobiles were sold by Locomobile and Winton . A total of four vehicles were built, one of which still exists.

It is not known when the company was dissolved.

The vehicles had a 2.5 HP Crest engine . In the first vehicle, the engine power was transmitted by means of belts. Then there was chain drive. The body was an open runabout with space for two people.

The vehicle that still exists is also known as the Osen & Hunt and dates to 1899.
