Genessee Auto Company was an American manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

The lawyer EA Keenan founded the company in January 1904. The seat was in Rochester , New York . He started with the production of automobiles. The brand name was Genessee . Production came to a standstill towards the end of the same year. In total, only a few vehicles were built.

The vehicles had engines from the Trebert Gas Engine Company in the same town. One model was a light runabout . It cost 500 dollars . There was also a touring car with an engine with 12 hp .
