Company history

Albert F. Clark founded the company in Philadelphia , Pennsylvania in 1903 . He manufactured passenger cars and commercial vehicles, but also batteries , motors and other accessories. The brand name was Clark , possibly with the addition of Electric . Production ended in 1905.

Clark founded the Toledo Electric Vehicle Company in 1908 .
