Pawtucket Motor Carriage Company was an American manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

The company was founded in 1895 in Pawtucket , Rhode Island . It belonged to the Campbell Machine Company from the same town. In 1897, it manufactured a few automobiles that were marketed as Pawtucket Electric . After 1898 the track of the company is lost.

The company also produced vehicles for Dey-Griswold & Company between 1895 and 1898 .

The only model was an electric car . The designer was Harry E. Dey, who had previously designed the Dey-Griswold . An electric motor drove the vehicles.
