Company history

Elmer Pratt founded the company in Grand Rapids , Michigan in 1902 . To do this, he took over the Michigan Automobile Company from the same city. He continued the production of automobiles, which he marketed as Clipper . Production ended in the same year. In total, only a few vehicles were built.
