Casler was an American vehicle brand.

Brand history

BG Casler from Chicago , Illinois was the driving force behind this brand. He was also very active in advertising in 1901. Most of the vehicles he offered were made to order from other manufacturers. A source suspects that the Woods Motor Vehicle Company of Chicago was one of the manufacturers. 1901 was the only year for this brand.

Electric cars were on offer . They were advertised as no hazard, no smoke, no noise, no heat, but always ready for action . The range was given as 96 km. They were available as passenger cars and commercial vehicles . The new prices were between 500 and 2500 US dollars , depending on the version . One illustration shows an open two-seater with a convertible top.
