Apex Manufacturing Company was an American manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

The Rochester , New York-based company began developing a rotary motor in 1899 . In March 1900 a newspaper reported that the engine was almost ready for series production. In January 1901 the production of automobiles began. The brand name was Apex . Production ended in the same year. In total, only a few vehicles were built.
