Benson Automobile Company was an American manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

AM Benson founded the company in March 1901 in Cleveland , Ohio . To this end, he took over the steam car division of the Eastman Automobile Company until May 1901 . LP McLouth, Edward F. Hamm and HP Shupe were also with the company. They made automobiles that were sold as Benson . Production ended in the same year. A total of around 13 vehicles were built.
