Morlock Automobile Manufacturing Company was an American manufacturer of automobiles . Another source uses the Morlock Automobile Company name .
Company history
JF Morlock bought the remains of the dissolved Spaulding Automobile & Motor Company from the liquidator in the spring of 1903 . He started his own company in Buffalo , New York, United States . First he sold the vehicles he had taken over from Spaulding. Then the production of automobiles began. The brand name was Morlock . Production ended in October 1903 due to financial problems. In November 1903 it was found that ten vehicles were missing. In January 1904 the company was officially dissolved.

The vehicles were similar to the previous models from Spaulding. A single cylinder engine with 6 hp was mounted under the seat and drove the rear axle. The chassis had a wheelbase of 183 cm . There was a choice of a runabout with two seats and a dos-à-dos with four seats.
