The company was founded in Boston , Massachusetts in 1899 . WT McCullough was the owner. He manufactured a few automobiles between 1899 and 1900. The brand name was McCullough . In total, only a few vehicles were built.
McCullough then sold the patent rights to his vehicles to the United States Motor Vehicle Company .
