Company history

The company was founded in 1900 as the successor company to the Stolz Cycle Company, a bicycle manufacturer in Brooklyn , New York State . WG Stolz ran it. In addition to bicycles , he now also manufactured engines and automobiles . The brand name was pride . Production ended in 1902. In the summer of that year, the rights to the engine were sold to the Conger Manufacturing Company .
