Company history
The company was founded in 1901 as the successor company to the Winona Manufacturing Company . The seat was in Winona , Minnesota . Harry and Addison Youmans as well as Charles McLaughlin were the founders. They made equipment for agriculture . In addition, a number of automobiles were made between 1901 and 1903 . The brand name was Winona . In 1906 the company employed 75 people. In 1908 the company still existed. Then the track is lost.

The first passenger car had a gasoline engine with 12 hp . Another had a 20 horsepower engine.
In addition, a single truck has survived.
From 1914 to 1916 two cars and one truck in 1917 were registered.
